Blog Chex - Automatic Sponsors for Blogs

They find advertisers for your blog, so you don't have to.

Blog Chex is the blogging service which offers something different from other blogs in that they do all the work of getting advertisers to your blog. If you have a high traffic blog, then Blog Chex will seek out advertisers who are willing to place their ads on your site. You don't have to worry about getting accepted from any sponsors because they do that for you. They do allow you to place your own google adsense code into your blog, but it seems like this option will be removed soon.

However, the biggest downside to all this is that Blog Chex will receive a small portion of the earnings that you'll receive from the advertisers. The minimum payout is $50.00 and they are planning to lower that minimum down to $20.00 instead. Your payrate will all depend upon how much traffic you have on your site, how much Blog Chex will take from your total earnings, and how much the advertisers are willing to pay you to display their ads.

I clicked on a couple of the existing blogs in their community and notice that the ads being displayed are irrelevant to what the whole blog is about. It doesn't target specifically what it is that the blog is conveying, and thus, many of these blogs are filled with random banner ads. and other advertising pieces.

Blog Chex is still in an Alpha stage and they claimed that they'll be moving into beta soon. Hopefully by then they could figure out a way to display more relevant ads on their users blogs.
